Afternoon Chai

The other day Elise went to Eliana's birthday party. It was a little tea party, and Elise really loved it. Today, Elise and Frank put together a little tea party for snack time. They helped me make some snacks and set up the table. I had hot milk in the little pitcher, and we stirred in my new chai-like spice mixture. By the end, Elise's cup was just thick with spices because she kept sneaking more and more scoops of the spices. Frank was opposed to using the pink plates, so he used green instead. So thanks for the inspiration, Shauna. My kids loved it. I think this is a good option for afternoons that never end. Plus, the kids also have fun washing the dishes afterwards.
