Mmmm...

If you know me, you know that food is really, um, important to me.  I've been trying out a few new recipes lately, and last night I discovered a real keeper.  So good.  So easy.

Here's the link.Thai Peanut Noodles

If you want to try this, but don't have the hot sauce and don't want to buy a whole bottle just to try a recipe that takes a tsp, then totally call me, and I'll give you some from my giant bottle that will probably take me years to go through.  (How's that for a run-on sentence?)  Aaron hates old condiment bottles in the fridge, even if they are still good.  At some point in a couple of years, he'll probably make me throw it away and start with a fresh bottle.  So really it's okay for me to share.

Anyway, I think the next time I make this, I'm going to grill some shrimp to throw on top.

You should really try this.  It's really good.

  1. Hey I have one of those huge bottles of hot sauce! These noodles looked really yummy. Oh btw, back to the cheese, I'm not sure if I did the stretching part right. Maybe that's why it looks like play doh but it tastes just like mozzarella cheese. Merril and I ate it with tomatoes, olive oil and basil last night and it was super yummy-licious!

  2. you were right, this looks divine. I think I might buy the chili sauce...because we could use it in our vietnamese lettuce wraps recipe, too...
