I'm a little behind here.  (When am I not?)

In May, we went on a fun little mini vacation to Las Vegas.  We were going to go to Salt Lake, but then we realized that Las Vegas was a lot closer.  We visited their children's museum.  Elise loved the wind tunnel.

We also spent some time at Circus Circus.  They have roller coasters and stuff.  Frank was really brave, and he even went on the one with a double corkscrew and upside-down loops.  By far their favorite ride was the one that is a boat that goes back and forth a lot.  That's the type of ride that really makes me sick, so I sat out.

Sadly, I think the highlight of the trip for both Frank and Elise was dinner at Chuck-E-Cheese.  (Remember back when animatronics were cool?)  They both wanted to go back again the next night.  Aaron and I couldn't handle eating that two nights in a row, so they had to settle for something else.

Other things that happened in May:
On the day we were leaving for Las Vegas, I ran into this guy pulling a trailer.  It was fun.  My windshield got cracked and my front bumper has a nice little cut in it, but overall, no significant damage.  It was a lot of fun, and was the first time I've ever actually ran into anything (if you don't count jumping a curb when I was 16).  Unless I'm forgetting something.  I've been run into quite a few times, but that's different.  Anyway, here's a beautiful picture of my windshield before I had it replaced.

Also, Elise graduated from preschool.  For the record, I hate these types of things.  Elise was so insanely excited though.  She was grinning from ear to ear and participating in all the little songs they sang.  I only got really bad pictures though.  Everything is blurry.  I took my camera that takes really good pictures outside, but really bad pictures inside.  I should have thought that through a little better.  Life goes on.

I think that about sums up May.
