So I did a 5K on Thanksgiving morning, and it was like -20 degrees outside, and I thought I might die because of the temperature, but it turned out to be okay. In fact it was fun. I'm not super speedy or anything, but I was happy that I finished at just over 35 minutes.
p.s. There are a lot of crazy people in Utah County that like to run in extremely cold weather. We (the people in my family) thought maybe no one would show up because it was so darn cold, but there were like a thousand people that came. Insanity.
